TYPICAL DAY, RECONSTRUCTED · SAMPLE FILE · DEMONSTRATION DATA

At lunch, another lawyer referred a good file to you. You said you’d “check your calendar.”

Those hours show up on no report. They sit on your payroll anyway. You are already paying someone you never hired.

According to Clio’s 2025 Legal Trends Report, lawyers bill an average of just 3.0 hours out of an 8-hour day, and collect only 2.4.

The other five hours don’t disappear. They still get done.

According to Clio (May 2026), 71% of solo lawyers and 75% of small firms already use AI. Yet fewer than a third have grown revenue with it, versus nearly 60% of large firms.

The gap is not access to AI. It’s the setup.

Hire without hiring.

Three steps. The first one is free.

  1. 1. The free training: watch it work.

Three demonstrations on a sample file, thirty minutes, at your own desk, whenever you want. You see what one more employee would do in your firm, before you talk to anyone.

What it costs you: one email.

  2. 2. Onboarding day: it starts.

A twenty-minute call to look at your firm and your tools. Then half a day of setup inside Word, Outlook and OneDrive, in the evening and remotely if the firm can’t stop, and a kickoff session of about an hour and a half. Before we leave, it has done a real task on your real files.

What it costs you: a flat amount, paid once, quoted on the call.

  3. 3. Responsibilities: you hand it one department at a time.

Billing, filing, drafting, follow-ups, growth. Every responsibility arrives tested, with the training, the templates, the documentation and the support. At your pace, the most profitable one first.

The only member of the team who works while the firm sleeps.

What it costs you: priced one responsibility at a time. Never a subscription from us.

The first step commits you to nothing. The second one takes half a day.

One more employee, on the job the same day.

What onboarding day includes: the setup, the training, and the automation of your repeat tasks.

The core

  • The employee, installed: on your workstation, connected to your email, your files, your applications.
  • The in-house connectors: ours, so your tools finally talk to each other. Placeholder: in-house connectors to be named
  • The kickoff session: about an hour and a half, on your real tasks. Not a class.
  • The first win, the same day: a real task from your firm, done before we leave.
  • Setup without interruption: half a day, in the evening and remotely if needed. Nothing stops.
  • Your tools, your files, your property: readable rules and documentation, kept at your firm.
  • It drafts, you sign off: everything comes out as a draft, with its sources. You keep the last word.

Also included

  • The first 20 tasks to hand over: the list, job by job, from the first week. Placeholder: to be produced
  • The first-month cheat sheet: one page to keep beside the keyboard.
  • Your first month, supported: direct line, answer within half a day.
  • The next-responsibilities plan: what it could take on next, the most profitable first.
  • Everything is reversible: the sheet that walks you back in three clicks.

Big firms have departments. You have something better, if you start before they do.

They’re already there.

According to OpenAI’s Enterprise Signals report (August 2026), users of its AI agents in corporate legal teams grew 108× since February: the fastest growth of any function.

And yet, in a Best Lawyers survey of 344 Canadian law firms, just 7% had fully implemented AI tools across multiple practice areas. Everyone is watching. Almost nobody has finished.

The curve.

According to independent research group METR, the length of tasks AI completes on its own doubles roughly every seven months, and the pace has picked up since 2024.

  1. TODAY
  2. IN ABOUT 7 MONTHS

What you correct this year, you won’t be correcting next year. And the firm that starts now banks months of rules, templates and corrections. The next one starts from zero.

  1. A guarantee always sounds a little like a sales pitch. Here’s ours anyway.
  2. At the end of the kickoff session, your digital employee has completed a first real task from your firm on your actual files: a search, a summary, a document. If, within the fourteen days that follow, you judge that it has earned you nothing, write to us: the setup is refunded in full. You keep the files, the rules and the documentation.

What stays true, guarantee or no guarantee.

  • The firm stands on its own the day you decide to carry on without us.

The questions we get asked.

I’ll spend all my time correcting it.

It drafts, you sign off. Reading over a demand letter takes five minutes; writing it took your evening. A correction flagged once is applied forever: it learns your conventions like an articling student who never forgets. And the length of tasks AI completes on its own doubles roughly every seven months, according to independent research group METR (Time Horizon 1.1, January 2026): what you correct this year, you won’t be correcting next year.

What does it cost?

A flat amount, paid once, quoted on the call before any commitment. Weigh it against a salary, payroll costs, a desk and management time, or against the hours you don’t bill every month. Every responsibility after that is decided separately.

What am I paying every month?

Nothing to us. No recurring fee on our side. The assistant subscription stays in your name, with its publisher, exactly like your Microsoft 365.

I tried ChatGPT. It got me nowhere.

Of course it did. A chatbot in a browser tab is not an installed AI assistant: it can’t see your files, doesn’t know your templates and forgets everything by tomorrow, so you spend your time copying and pasting. This one is installed in your tools, reads your files, applies your conventions and remembers. The difference shows in thirty minutes: that’s exactly what the free training shows you.

We’re too small for this.

It’s built for you. Big firms have departments; you have a digital employee. It sets up on one workstation in half a day. And every hour it gives back is a partner’s hour, not a department’s.

I don’t have time to learn it.

About an hour and a half, once, on your real tasks. Not a class. The setup happens in the evening, remotely, if the firm can’t stop. You talk to it in plain English. You walk away with a one-page cheat sheet. You don’t have the time because you’re doing the work it should be doing.

My legal assistant already does that.

It doesn’t replace her. It takes the volume nobody wants: first drafts, filing, data entry, searching. She keeps what needs a human, and she supervises it. She gets time back, you get your evenings back, and it works through her vacation too.

What if you disappear?

Everything is at your firm: your account, your files, readable rules and documentation, inside Word, Outlook and OneDrive. No subscription from us. The firm stands on its own the day you decide to carry on without us.

What tools do I need?

Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive) and a Windows workstation. For the rest, we look at it together on the call.

Does it work outside litigation?

Yes. Family law, real estate, corporate: the same emails, the same files, the same templates, the same invoices. Litigation is simply where we’ve shown it most often.

What doesn’t it do?

It doesn’t plead. It doesn’t sign. It doesn’t decide for you. It prepares, and that’s all we ask of it.
